Last week I was lucky enough to be invited to go to the @the_rhs Chelsea Flower show. This was me in the smallest gap of no rain showing everyone in the stunning @springgarden_chelsea that you may be able to take the girl out of Edmonton Green but Edmonton Green will in fact always remain!! ???? Blood Orange Gin Spritz ???? Fill up a wine glass with ice Squeeze in juice of 1/2 lime Add 50ml blood orange syrup (I used @monin_uk @monin_europe )Add 25ml gin (I used @sipsmith )Stir Top with ginger beer (I use @franklinandsons it’s all we use at @thegreenmaneversholt Stir Garnish with fresh mint and a dehydrated orange slice You can use any gin you like and any ginger beer plus this can be made as a stunning MOCKTAIL (it’s a best seller at @thegreenmaneversholt ) just leave out the gin!! Does duck smell? Can a flavour be described as ‘ducky’? Welcome to the first episode of ‘Candice’s Noods review!’ These are @nissin_uk Duck flavour ramen. Really good texture, didn’t have to add any additional seasoning (which I sometimes do!) I think they smell like duck, and taste quite ducky tho as I got to the bottom of the bowl I’m not so sure and would give my little finger for some peking duck right now- for research obvs! Filling, tasty -and the mouth burn was my fault for the massive forkful! Solid start with these. Frigging love a noodle! Yes I eat like a 5 year old sometimes and whattttt! These were cute. Lemon and blueberry cupcakes with lemon curd middles and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream (that I had frozen, defrosted and bought back to utter light as air smooth as silky pants perfection- this made me very happy knowing I can do this. Pink swirls and sprinkles for my girl @sophieteaart after she sold out the efffffing palladium!!!! Recipe literally- about 225-240g of soft unsalted butter, caster sugar, self raising flour, 4 eggs, 1tsp baking powder, zest and juice 1 lemon, splash milk. Whip butter first til pale then add everything else in mix til combined and light. Fold in some blueberries. Spoon Into cupcake cases bake in oven 160c about 15-20mins. Remove. cool. Make a hole fill with lemon curd and top with whatever you want! Easy as and alright to eat and transport across London. #cupcake #recipeoftheday #sprinkles #londonpalladium #nudieslive #cutecakes
