Made in the Atlantic - Growing up Surfing in the South West of England takes some proper GRIT, I remember being a kid doing winter dawny surfs ( before school surfs) thinking is this really worth it ? .. the answer was yes, ALWAYS yes. No matter how savage that walk from the house to the shore line is or that torturous journey from the car to the gym entrance or maybe it’s just that daily resistance to rolling your yoga mat out at the end or the day for a bit of still time??? I find it so interesting/ really annoying that we all find it SO easy to resist the things we know are good for us and that keep us regulated … but we are soooo worth it, we deserve to feel our best at every given opportunity, we deserve nice thing, we deserve to stand up and fight for the life we want daily ITS ALWAYS WORTH IT, YOU ARE ALWAYS WORTH IT.
