I bear witness to the tent massacre in RAFAH carried out by I*real right after the ICJ ruled it halt all military operations in Rafah.I bear witness to the beheaded Palestinian babies and the parents, people; and children burning alive. These images are seared into my soul. I bear witness to the forced starvation, displacement, and brutality unlike anything we’ve ever witnessed in our lifetime. I take accountability for living in a country that does not serve the people and uses our tax dollars to fund this genocide. Where do we go from here? How do we heal the destruction of our collective humanity? Know your role, engage with revolutionary art and stories to sustain and guided, get ready and get free, because we need you. Free Palestine. Free Sudan. Free Congo. Free Libya. thank you to the powerful Palestinian artist @linamakoul for “on mute” - a song embodying the grief of this moment and a voice that says what we feel without the words to minimize the rage and the grief.

very serious question I’m asking myself about period cramps in public ???? side note: my time in Morocco has been deeply introspective and transformative. Alhamdulilah. I am feeling more ready and eager to share new reflections on finances/rizq, speaking up against the genocide in Gaza, and what it really means to be free. Thank you deeply to the @AYS community for the gift of space and support as we all go on this journey of The Great Recalibration. It’s so healing to be connected to you. Anyone else LOVE putting salt FLAKES on everything? Took a wild hike in the Atlas Mountains with the Chef Ali at @kasbahbabourika whose father runs the salt basins in the village. Collected the tastiest, medicinal salt!! Ourika was one of the mountain villages heavily impacted by the earthquake last September. As we walked through the village, I visited the home of someone I became friendly with who worked at the hotel and their home was completely flattened by the earthquake. The entire village was at a wedding when it hit and most of them came back to their homes completely destroyed. @AmalNonprofit is a trusted organization that continues to do earthquake relief in these villages, not just monetary but really supporting the people in setting up sustainable businesses to become financially stable. I’ve visited Amal 3 times in Marrakech already, their restaurant, for their cooking class, and just to enjoy their space. These natural disasters don’t just go away when they are no longer on your algorithm. I hope you consider learning/donating, and supporting if you come to Marrakech ❤️‍????????️

There’s being seen, and then there’s being SEEN - truly seen. Which doesn’t always feel possible on social media and yet, since we’ve been in Morocco, I have felt so deeply seen by many of you and I cannot yet express in words what that means to me except Shukran BIZZAFF. What I can say is that choosing to let go of control and surrendering to where life wants to take us has only resulted in feeling more in my body, a clearer and quieter mind, and ease in creative flow. May the light you’ve generously shared with us be channeled into how we can be, At Your Service.
