One of the things I did when I chose STRENGTH as my word for 2024 was sign up for @toughmudder. I would be lying if I said after watching some videos I didn’t consider backing out. But I did it. All because of the power of accountability. All because I had a team behind me, working together to make it happen. That’s what @goallinbyteddi does— creates an environment that allows you to fulfill your goals with the support and push you need. I definitely needed that push. And now, not only did I have the best time and feel so accomplished from yesterday, I’m looking into when I can do it again.Best part— I feel ready to go into my next surgery this Wednesday, because if crawling under barbed wire and running through electroshock cords didn’t stop me, nothing will.PS.
